For over three decades, Computer Systems Plus has managed networks, secured data, and built technology solutions for cities, counties, school districts, and nonprofits across California's Central Valley.
Working closely with municipal clerks and board secretaries, we saw the same problem everywhere: outdated meeting management systems that cost too much, moved too slowly, and made compliance harder than it needed to be. Legistar was built for large metro governments. Small cities and special districts deserved something better.
We built CivicCA to be the platform we wished existed — one where AI handles the tedious work, Brown Act compliance is built in from day one, and a clerk can build, publish, and manage an entire agenda without switching between five different tools.
