What happens after the 14-day trial?
Your subscription begins automatically at the end of the trial. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends and won't be charged.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from Settings > Billing. Changes take effect immediately and are prorated.
Is a credit card required for the trial?
Yes, a credit card is required to start your trial. You won't be charged until the trial period ends, and you can cancel anytime.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits?
Our Community plan is already priced for small non-profits and community boards. For larger non-profit organizations, contact us to discuss custom pricing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. Government plans can also pay by invoice.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel anytime from Settings > Billing > Manage Billing. Your account stays active until the end of your current billing period.
